Sidney Chiropratic and Massage Therapy is conveniently located in downtown Sidney, BC. Dr Brian Lim provides spinal and extremity manipulation in conjunction with a variety of soft tissue techniques (myofascial release, trigger point therapy and muscle stripping). Brian also integrates patient education and rehabilitative exercises during treatment sessions in an effort to facilitate healing and improve functional imbalances.

Mikaela the Registered Massage Therapist uses a blend of techniques to try and give the most effective treatments for her clients. These techniques include myofascial release, general Swedish, trigger point therapy, muscles energy techniques, passive and active stretching techniques, joint mobilizations and many others. She believes that educating her clients and giving them appropriate exercises to perform at home is a key part of the treatment.
