OUR DEALINGS WITH TAV WAS TERRIBLE, WE WERE LOCKED INTO A CONTRACT IN WHICH WE COULD NOT PURCHASE A HOME FOR 3.5 MONTHS AFTER HIS LISTING WAS EXPIRED, AFTER SEVERAL EMAILS NOBODY WOULD HELP. BUYER BEWARE
