Impact Battery

I bought a battery for my large SUV there two years ago, it was 1/3rd of the price of the same battery at CT, and he installed it as well. I have brought this to the attention of several friends of mine who have needed batteries, all were very satisfied, and saved money. I will be going there to buy my boat battery!

Good prices and very good customer service. Was more concerned getting me the right batteries for my boat instead of just selling me the most expensive. I appreciated him taking the time to make sure I got the best value.

Not for the everyday consumer!

Horrible customer service to the uneducated basic consumer. If you are not sure what type/size/style battery you need don't expect Impact Battery to be of any assistance. They were rude, and short and disparaging of ATV brands that were not his favorite. Unhelpful in trying to determine what battery would be best, even though I informed him of the make/model of the ATV. Unwilling to research (even just to look up on his suppliers list.) Would rather speak poorly; offensively and rudely.
