My sister died suddenly, and I have never done the cremation process before. Paula who was my contact made it meaningfull and not painfull she was very kind and explained everything in regards to forms and the actual viewing and identification she made it ok. I was very appreciative and went away feeling I had done what my sister has asked for. I would highly recommend Highland Hills to my friends in a time where there is extreme stress and sadness of the loss of a friend or family member. Read more
