    In the store to order parts, call them next day they are not sure if they ordered them. Turns out they did but than they think I only ordered 1 of 2 after explain it a dozen times that they had 1 we ordered 1, they finally go look. They than figure out that is what they did but the package they got was empty so they lost it anyways. Kept trying to tell me what part I needed rather than me explain to them what they were holding they would rather tell me what the computer said, yes they were wrong

    I Recently had a transmission problem with my van and was recommended by a friend to take it to PARKWAY RAD AND TRANSMISSION. I was expecting the worst, but the guys diagnosed it as being an electrical issue. The diagnosis was free, and they fixed it the very same day. They even drove me home and picked me up when it was finished! I was so relieved that they were honest as i was told by another MajoR TRANSMISSION shop that i would need a complete re-built at around $3000.00!! I was also pleased to learn that they perform regular maintenance and repairs as well as transmission work. PLEASE ! Do yourself a favour and go see Parkway First. It will save you a lot of money!!!!! Read more
