They came in, the wifey and I discussed with their estimator about what renovation we needed done in our house, and by the end of the day they had called back and emailed a written quote which was Fair by today's standards. We did our own research and figured out a ballpark cost and they came in even a bit low of what we hoped to pay which was nice for once.
