The staff are very friendly , helpful , especially the ladies in the beauty boutique their knowledge from skincare & makeup & perfumes was very professional & they helped me pick out new products for my skin that I love . After going thru the previous reviews of this clinic I felt I should say something as per my experience. here..... I have been a patient of this clinic from the 1st week they opened, I must say both the ladies (Fauzia & Charu) at the reception are doing a great job.....Keep up the good work ladies. Dr. Kahlon and Dr Girgis are great doctors, unlike other doctors they take time to listen to their patient. Can't think of going anywhere else....

I can't say I've ever had a bad customer service experience at this Shoppers. My favorite department to deal with is the Post Office, because that is where I pick up my parcels. This store had great service. The staff are courteous and very helpful. The cosmetic staff are especially helpful and friendly. They remember what I bought in the past and recommend other products that work well with them.
The store is always clean and the shelves well stocked. I have found the prices to be competitive and their sales always good.

I have been going there for years now . . . and I am probably one of the more fussy customers . . . they are excellent in every way and fill out my 3 month prescriptions with efficiency.
