I highly recommend Kipps Lane Fish n Chips! I was hard pressed to find a classic fish n chip joint such as I had adored as a teen in Toronto in the mid 1970s. The first time I visited Oriental Gardens was around this time last year. I went to lunch with a friend, and loved it! My plate was full and for only $11 It's a cute little place, obviously a family business. Which I love :) I usually order the number 10, along with some egg rolls. Personally, I think their eggrolls are 'Da bomb' Very good food, always hot. I've been reading a lot of reviews about bad customer service. But this has never been a problem for me. The girls are very nice. Though I do agree, that sometimes they are a bit too chatty with each other. Which is why I mostly order take out. I once walked over, and placed an order for take out. The girl said it'd be about 30 minutes. So I sat down and timed them (which I always do) I waited about 45 minutes for my food. But, I didn't blame them because it was very busy. I wouldn't recommend using their bathrooms... It's very dirty in there. I used it once, and swore never again. Overall... Great food! Good service! Awesome prices! Read more

I have been going to this restaurant from day 1 when they opened and I had never had an issue with a meal, however last night we ordered salmon and it was way too salty. I couldn't eat it and was embarrassed to complain but the owner had no issues taking the plates back and preparing from scratch with no salt at all. I know it's a difficult time for restaurants and this was just another reason I will still dine here & recommend it to everyone. They care about their customers, food & reputation. Read more

I have been coming to Frescos for many many years, with family and friends. The staff is very friendly and I look forward to the same quality of food and service every visit. I love the Asiago Quesadilla...it is a meal by itself. The crab dumplings are very good, and if it was real crab, they would be at least twice the price, so I am not quite sure why there are people complaining. I've been here maybe 6 times, maybe more. The Sicilian pizza is delish! I also like the wings, tasty and crispy. I had their sweet potato fries with the sauce! MMMM I have not had a bad waiter or waitress here. Helpful and prompt is how I would describe them. One time I was sat by the kitchen which usually means you hear the arguing but no!
