This place is a horrible place to get a manicure done. The nail technician sanded my nail and my finger (her reason too much colour needs sanding). Then the nail polish was finishing but instead of opening a new bottle she did a horrible manicure with some areas barely any nail polish. Then she charges extra for sanding my nails instead of cutting them off with a nail clipper. (Her reason too much colour). Please dont go there, youll waist your money and time.
have been going to this place every 2 weeks for quiet a while and I was just fed up as they do not respect their appointment times. They took a walk in during my time and made me wait 25 mins.
I left as they were gonna rush and finish my nail in half an hour when I made an appointment 3 days ago.
They want to squeeze as many customers as they can to make money.
Stay away if you respect your time or somewhere to be.
Never again! My daughter had her nails done and complained they felt thin they said "No, It's Ok" 2 days later 6 nails popped off. When called to complain they blamed her, she has her nails done every 2 weeks in Brampton and this has never happened. Also very rude on the phone! Very disappointed and will not return!
